sometimes when in merc quarter my mic stops working and i cant hear other players. works again if i restart game. also, i get choppy, laggy voice from other ppl a lot in and out of game

In all game modes, and with all weapons, i will press L3 to sprint and the NEOCOM, then the map will pop up and I will have to close both in turn. It gets me killed a lot. Please fix this.
